Quality Policy of the Department of Management and Organization:

The quality policy of the Department of Management and Organization is implemented in alignment with the strategic goals and quality assurance system of our university, guided by the principles of continuous improvement, stakeholder participation, and transparency.

Within this framework, the department is committed to:

  • Enhancing Quality in Teaching and Learning Processes,

  • Educating competent, ethically responsible, entrepreneurial, and innovative individuals through student-centered, participatory, and inclusive teaching methods,

  • Continuously updating curricula in line with labor market demands, stakeholder expectations, and digital transformation trends,

  • Evaluating student achievements, satisfaction levels, and alumni tracking systems as key indicators of quality,

The quality policy of the Department of Management and Organization is periodically reviewed with the participation of internal stakeholders and feedback from external stakeholders and is revised in accordance with a continuous improvement approach.
