About Us

The Department of Management and Organization is an interdisciplinary academic unit dedicated to educating individuals who can respond to the needs of a dynamic, evolving, and digitalizing business world—individuals equipped with strategic thinking and leadership skills. Our department integrates fundamental management principles with contemporary digital competencies and ethical values, providing students with both theoretical and practical knowledge.

The Logistics Program, housed within the department, aims to train well-equipped professionals in areas such as supply chain management, transportation systems, and warehouse and inventory management. The program seeks to cultivate analytical and solution-oriented individuals who can contribute to the efficient and effective management of logistics processes in an increasingly globalized economy.

The Health Care Management Program is designed to educate graduates who specialize in the managerial aspects of the health sector, with competencies in patient safety, health policies, quality management, and resource planning. This program offers a strong foundation for future managers who can understand the unique dynamics of the health care sector and develop solutions to improve service quality.

With its practice-oriented education model, qualified academic staff, strong industry collaborations, up-to-date curriculum, and research-based approach, the Department of Management and Organization aims to provide its students not only with knowledge but also with vision. Our department continues to nurture innovative, ethically grounded, and sustainability-conscious individuals who make valuable contributions to both academia and the public-private sectors.
